The Lounge is open Monday to Sunday and the Dining room is open Wednesday to Sunday, typical work hours would be 4pm to 9pm and 5pm to 10pm. Preference will be given to candidates who are available to work on Friday to Sunday.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet Members and Guest and establish a warm, personal rapport
• Escort diners to their tables and provide menus
• Manage reservations, including 'walk-in' Members and Guests, while maintaining an accurate Floorplan
• Undertake general teamwork duties like assisting Servers as needed, clearing and resetting tables, and running food from the Kitchen to tables
• Act as the face and personality of the restaurant, maintaining a professional demeanour at all times

Requirements & Qualifications

• An excellent communicator with a pleasant, outgoing, friendly personality
• A motivated self-starter prepared to go the extra mile to provide outstanding service
• Similar experience and/or serving experience in a Casual Fine Dining Restaurant and Lounge environment
• Capable of problem solving and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
