The Ministry of SaskBuilds & Procurement, Park Infrastructure Branch in Regina is seeking a well-organized, energetic Construction Supervisor who enjoys a fast paced, hands-on work environment with diverse projects across the province. As part of a small construction crew you will safely operate, service and maintain construction equipment such as skid-steers, dump trucks, front-end loaders, trenchers and trucks/trailers. You will proficiently operate various power tools and equipment including saws (circular and table), drills, planers, sanders, routers etc. performing various construction and maintenance functions associated with traditional wood framed building construction and site development work. You will ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations and safe work procedures for yourself and employees/and or contractors you are working with. Typically, the knowledge required for this position is obtained through completion of Grade XII, supplemented by training and experience in the carpentry construction field. Candidates must have a current valid driver’s license and the ability to get a class G endorsement for heavy trailers.
