Civil / Land Development Engineer
Are you currently a civil land development engineer with 2 to 7 years of project experience and a strong technical engineering background with road design, urban drainage, stormwater management and lot servicing for residential, commercial and industrial land development?

InfraCor is a 100% employee-owned consulting engineering firm specializing in land development. As a rapidly growing firm with offices in Calgary and Winnipeg, we serve real estate developers, property owners and municipal clients who procure, plan, develop and manage land developments across Western Canada.
We are looking to hire someone who will be a key member of our practice in Winnipeg, Manitoba – someone who has the mettle to stand out and be recognized in a dynamic engineering setting. Although based in Winnipeg, you will have the opportunity to work on projects from British Columbia to Ontario and beyond.
General Duties and Responsibilities
We are looking for someone with the following key attributes:
- Understanding of servicing requirements and standard engineering practices in Manitoba
- Technical engineering design skills related to municipal and provincial sewer design, policies and procedures related to urban land development
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects, multi-task and meet various project targets
- Familiarization and experience with engineering drawings and CAD software (i.e. AutoCAD - Civil 3D)
- Experience in modeling piped stormwater and sewer systems using XP SWMM, PC SWMM and or InfoWorks ICM
- Experience in modeling piped water systems using EPANET, and or WaterCAD
- Exceptional technical writing skills to prepare written reports and correspondence with internal staff and clients
- Ability to meet with clients both in a boardroom setting, video conference or on-site to discuss construction projects
- Ability to prepare proposals, project study reports and tender documents
- Work in a collaborative environment of engineers and other professionals
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
· Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
· P.Eng. designation from APEGM or APEGA
· Minimum 2 years related experience in public or private sectors with past projects in Manitoba
· Valid Class 5 Driver’s license
