The main purpose of this position is to act as a friendly and welcoming first point of contact to our guests into our restaurants. (Pottery or Jozo's)

Wage - $17.00 plus Gratuity

Seasonal- Full time

  • Greet guests and lead them to their tables
  • Complete bathroom checks
  • Anticipate and fulfill guest needs
  • Answer phones and respond by taking messages or reservations
  • Fulfill light cleaning duties
  • Check with the supervisor or manager for approval on large group reservations
  • Act as the final check on how the guests enjoyed their meal and wish them a good day as they leave

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Some computer knowledge
  • Reliable, punctual and professional in presentation
  • Must be available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be energetic and comfortable speaking with people
  • Able to answer phones and take detailed organized messages
  • Smart Serve certified is an asset, but not required
