Reporting to both the Director of Nursing and the Director of Compliance and Regulatory Affairs, the Healthcare and Regulatory Compliance Administrator (HRCA) plays an integral role in the administrative support Sprott Shaw’s healthcare programs and regulatory affairs.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with scheduling theory and clinical instructors across campuses.
  • Manage course/exam/quiz resets and changes in learning management systems (ie. G2, ExamSoft)
  • Support instructor and student issues in learning management systems, including maintenance of passwords.
  • Implement healthcare curriculum updates in learning management systems with direction from heads of curriculum.
  • Maintain tracking sheet and issue codes for student access to healthcare apps (ie. A&P, KenHub)
  • Attend and keep minutes of the various meetings.
  • Track and evaluate student evaluation responses.
  • Coordinate and manage data collation and provide reporting for government-funded grants for healthcare programs.
  • Assist with management of healthcare program curriculum changes.
  • Act as the contact for publishers to support healthcare campuses with eBook access and supports campuses with access to e-texts.
  • Build final reports for healthcare programs linking to the regulatory reports.
  • Assist with regulatory compliance reporting.
  • Monitor criminal records check submissions to the Public Safety Solicitor General.
  • Assist with updating programs for Program Eligibility Declarations submission to StudentAidBC.
  • Prepare annual reports to regulatory bodies (ie. PTIB).
  • Prepare annual registration for Education Quality Assurance.
  • Review and update documents on the SharePoint.

Qualifications and Education

  • Business Office, Business Administration or related certificate or diploma
  • Two (2) years of related working experience

Skills

  • Knowledge of MS Office and database systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
