Job Description:
5 days/week in office à Long term role.
We are seeking an Administrative assistant for our Montreal office. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting a fast-paced brokerage firm with day-to-day administrative tasks, which is a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of business.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the office with organization of incoming and outgoing clients, documentation, phone calls and packages.
  • Handle large volumes of paperwork in an organized and efficient manner.
  • Filling forms such as new client forms, private placement documents and other standard industry forms.
  • Handle confidential documents with the utmost discretion ensuring compliance with internal and industry regulatory requirements.
Your Skills:
  • Bilingual.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Detail-focused; keen observation skills.
  • Task-oriented; oversee tasks are completed accurately.
  • Works well individually or as part of a team atmosphere.
  • Quick learner; adaptable and willing to learn new technologies and processes.
  • Organized; capable of working under tight deadlines and stress at times.
  • Reliable with a good sense of judgement.
Your Qualifications:
  • This is an immediate hire position and therefore, candidates already domiciled in Montreal, and legally able to work in Canada will be considered.
Compensation to be commensurate with experience.
