New Job Project Manager Assistant / Recruiter In Quebec

Exafield Institute, is a new company just opened in Canada early 2023, we are part of an international group: we are based in France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Poland, UK, Mexico and Brazil.

We are medical fieldwork company. We service the medical and pharmaceutical market research industry by recruiting and setting up many different types of interviews & discussions with various patients & healthcare professionals across the public and private sectors. We use client provided profiling tools and a telephone/email/social media/desk research approach to find the right type of doctors for our clients important research.

Working in our team, as the successful candidate you will be an eager, ambitious, reliable and well-organised individual with a passion for delivering high quality projects.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated & driven individual to work on the recruitment side to create and develop our panel. The selected individual would possess characteristics such as:

• An excellent telephone and email manner
• A desire to deliver and be calm in a time pressured environment
• To effectively communicate potential issues/notes/information acquired through discussions with healthcare professionals and patients
• A "can-do" attitude - bold in the face of a challenge
• Good experience and competency with Excel and other Microsoft package software

You will of course have general day to day tasks, but your main job tasks are as follows:

• Contacting healthcare professionals and screening them for studies via telephone and email
• Maintaining & creating a database of healthcare professionals and patients
• Helping with project management and aiding the project managers with queries
• Proactively finding respondents to add to the database to grow our client offering

We are ideally looking for someone with experience in healthcare, hospitals, clinics etc. Some knowledge of market research is advantageous. Knowledge of the healthcare in some form also advantageous.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $29,000.00-$30,000.00 per year
