New Job Groovy Kids Club Assistant In Alberta

The Town of High Level requires a responsible & motivated individual for the position of Groovy Kids Club Assistant, a Recreation Program and Events Assistant, commencing immediately.

This position is part time and can be 20 hours/week, all year round. Wage Scale: $19.00 – $23.36 per hour. Eligible to participate in the benefits program after 3 months and working 20 hours/week minimum, employer contribution to benefits equivalent to proportion of Full-Time Equivalent (FTE).

Reporting to the Family and Community Support Services (FCSS) Leader, the Groovy Kids Club Assistant is responsible for assisting with planning and facilitating our licensed after school program. The FCSS mandate is to provide preventative social programming for the community. The programs are designed to encourage self-help and volunteerism to give people a sense of power and responsibility for what is happening in their lives.

This position is part time and can be 20 hours/week with potential for more if coverage is required.

The Employee may be required on an ongoing basis to attend applicable training, workshops, seminars, and courses at the discretion of the Employer in order to facilitate job knowledge and performance.
