Regular Full-Time TKC wage scale 10 = $60.35 - $75.40/hour

Reporting to the Chief/Deputy Chief, you will develop, plan, manage, direct, and evaluate service delivery systems, programs, and activities of all TKC departments. You will provide advice and recommendations to the Chief and Deputy Chief with respect to corporate programs and policy requirements.

The Executive Director assists in short and long-term strategic planning with the intent to assist TKC achieve defined goals, objectives, and project completions. The position is also responsible for effective liaison, on behalf of Chief, Deputy Chief and Council with officials of Federal, Territorial, First Nation Governments, and other agencies in support of TKC’s goals and objectives.

As per policy preference will be given to those Ta’an Kwäch’än Council Citizens who self-identify in their cover letter/résumé.

An opportunity for a secondment from YG or other self-governing First Nations would be considered.
