New Job Branch Manager In British Columbia

Ken’s Roofing Supplies is looking for an experienced manager to help oversee our growing business. We’re a locally owned and family operated business with 2 branches on lower Vancouver Island. We serve both retail and contractor sales in roofing supplies distribution and sheet metal fabrication. We run specialty built crane and disposal bin trucks to get our customers what they need with ease every time. We have been in operation in Victoria since 1992 and are looking to expand over more of the island in the years to come.

Job Requirements:

- Management experience – 2 years

- Shipping/dispatch experience

- Construction or Roofing experience an asset

Duties include:

- Direct all activities for branch including purchasing and receiving.

- Maintaining inventory levels at optimum.

- Providing guidance, direction, and monitoring of staff.

- Overseeing all aspects of shipping and dispatch in a timely manner.

- Assisting sales staff when required

- Growing productivity through developing, coaching and motivating yard staff.
