The Human Resource Service Representative – Centralized Recruitment & Certification (CR&C) is responsible for providing a range of human resource related functions, with a focus on providing staffing services for the Centralized Recruitment and Certification process of pre-certifying candidates to the Administrative Assistant registry. This includes providing CR&C advice and assistance to clients, which includes departmental HR business partners, Centres of Expertise, departmental supervisors/managers and employees, and the public, and general support to other Staffing Management & Solutions staff as needed.

  • Coursework or training in human resources or related field;
  • Experience delivering human resource staffing services in a high volume workplace;
  • Experience drafting communications to a variety of audiences;
  • Experience using human resource management systems would be an asset.

Candidates who have education and experience equivalent to the essential qualifications listed above may be considered.
