- Raglan Mine, North-of-Quebec, Quebec, Canada
- Rotation schedule of 50/50: equivalent to 3 consecutive weeks of work followed by 2 weeks of leave; and 2 consecutive weeks of work followed by 3 weeks of leave.
MILL OPERATOR – CLASS III (1 PERMANENT POSITION – UNIONIZED)
Service: Concentrator Operations and Energy Production Services

Reporting to the Operations Supervisors and working in a safe, unique and motivating environment, you will operate highly complex and automated equipment. Your main duties will be:
- Operating and monitoring all equipment in the following industry sectors: grinding and crushing, flotation, dehydration (filters, thickeners and drying) as well as preparing reagents, including the water treatment station.
- Ensure that the concentrator's quality and quantity objectives are met.
- Make operational decisions and take action quickly.
Your profil:
- Vocational Studies D iploma in ore processing or a High school diploma
- Five (5) years of experience in treatment plants
- You are committed to health and safety in your workplace.
- Analytical skills, vigilance, leadership, team spirit and autonomy.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
What we offer:
- Work shifts of 11 hours per day, alternating day/night.
- Rotation schedule of 50/50: equivalent to 3 consecutive weeks of work followed by 2 weeks of leave; and 2 consecutive weeks of work followed by 3 weeks of leave.
- Private air transport is provided from Montreal, Quebec, Rouyn-Noranda, Mont-Joli or Inuit communities (depending on place of residence) to the mine site and return.
