We are a private counselling and assessment clinic committed to supporting mental health of children, teens and adults. As a group, we share a compassionate and collaborative outlook. We strive to create a balance of humanistic values with evidence-based therapies and clinical assessment.

We are moving to a new office and looking for an associate to join our team. Professionals interested in counselling and/or psychological assessment are welcome to apply.

The role includes the following tasks:

  • Receive client intakes and referrals
  • Provide counselling services to children, adolescents, adults, couples and families (depending on professional interests and competencies)
  • Utilize evidence-based interventions and resources to assist clients with treatment goals
  • Maintain case notes and other client documentation in a secure confidential manner
  • Communicate with community professionals (i.e., family physicians, psychiatrists, school counsellors, etc.) as needed to enhance client care.
  • Psychologists interested in assessment services are required to have competence in the areas of clinical and/or counselling psychology and experience in providing differential mental health diagnoses.

Minimum requirements for the position:

  • PhD or Master’s degree in clinical, counselling, or educational psychology, social work or equivalent
  • Professional designation and is in good standing with the Saskatchewan College of Psychologists or Saskatchewan Social Work Association
  • The ability to independently carry liability insurance
  • Competency in providing evidenced-based therapies (e.g. ACT, DBT, CBT, Narrative Therapy, CPT)

Three or more years of counselling experience is preferred.
