CareCorp Seniors Services is looking for a housekeeper to join our amazing team in one of our long-term care facilities.
Previous experience in a long term care facility or with the senior community is preferred but not required!
Facility address: Hilton Villa Care Centre, 13525 Hilton Rd, Surrey BC V3R 5J3
Compensation: $20.97 per hour
General Duties:
- Cleans areas such as floors, stairways, walls, windows and walkways, carpets and rugs.
- Cleans items such as furniture, woodwork, ledges, fixtures and blinds/ curtains.
- Cleans and sanitizes washrooms and replenishes items such as soap and towels.
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of resident rooms and washrooms.
- Prepares cleaning solutions and utilizes cleaning supplies in accordance with established procedures.
- Empties and cleans waste containers and removes garbage from building.
- Helps remove furniture from rooms and puts in storage area.
- Preforms other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Grade 1- or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- WHMIS Certificate.
