As a Field Service Engineer, you play a vital field-based role. Travelling to customer sites and providing specialist installation and maintenance support.
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Providing technical direction and guidance to craft labor in support of a power equipment outage
Working with Senior Leadership teams, specifying needs, communications on project approach and presents outcome of research completed
Applying technical knowledge and skilled experience to ensure all projects and programs are of the highest quality
Participating in projects that ensure data consistency, quality and accuracy, while also developing regional requirements & policies/processes
Handing diverse clients within region. Following frameworks for processes and negotiating around client specific conditions.

To be successful in this role you will:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering fields with experience in Application Engineering, Product management or Customer Service
Have a driving license to travel to different work sites
Be a clear thinker and able to organize complex and sensitive content into straightforward communications
