You demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills while leading in a complex environment.

As the lead advisor to Mayor and Council, you will offer high level vision to develop and implement operational plans ensuring the coordination of services that are aligned to support strategic priorities. You will recommend policies, plans, and programs that are innovative, accountable, and fiscally sound. You will mitigate risk while not fearing positive change. You will work to enhance the growth and development of Salmon Arm while ensuring the effective utilization of resources that reflect our Official Community Plan. You will seize challenges as opportunities, create and maintain a positive culture and champion the commitment, experience and expertise of our dedicated team.
