• Deliver an exceptional and memorable customer service experience
• Educate and guide customers through their cannabis purchasing journey by answering customer questions and concerns
• Adhere to all municipal, provincial, and federal legislative requirements to ensure compliance in all transactions
• Assist with opening/closing of store, daily tasks, cleaning, restocking, packaging, and labeling, etc.

• Current Resume
• In-depth knowledge of cannabis products, strains, consumption methods, and all products carried in store is an advantage, but these can be learned on the job
• Impeccable customer service skills
• 1+ year of retail experience preferred
• Experience with sales and point of sale (POS) operations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule – weekends, holidays
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Uphold confidentiality, ethics, and high levels of discretion
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Self-driven and hard working
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Must possess valid driver’s license or government issued ID
• Must pass any and all required background checks
• Must possess current SellSafe license
• Must complete the AGLC Qualified Cannabis Worker Form (QCW)
