- Liaising with Clients, Carriers and Hauliers
- Communicating with customers and understanding their requirements
- Preparation of documentation
- File Maintenance including processing all associated financial transactions and Queries
- Ability to obtain and present rates to clients
- Knowledge of Ocean Import and Exports
- A Customer Focused Team player
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
