Located at 372 Aberdeen Road, Bridgewater, Ridgewood accommodates approximately 60 residents. Each resident has a furnished private suite with spacious private ensuite. Double rooms are available for couples. Ridgewood has a fully staffed kitchen and a large well-appointed dining room for home cooked meals. Our staff and residents have access to beautiful landscaped property with comfortable garden spaces.

Role includes assisting Director of Engagement with the following tasks but not limited to:
- Ensure that recreation activities are operated and maintained effectively and safely, are age and stage appropriate, and follow all policies, procedures, legislation and best practices.
- Promote recreation programs and ensure all residents are aware of available opportunities and activities.
- Maintain the comfort, privacy, and dignity of each resident in the delivery of services. Interact with residents in a manner that displays warmth and promotes a caring environment.
- Maintain a safe environment.
- Uphold all resident and employee confidentiality laws and regulations, policies and procedures.
- Comply with policy and procedure concerning safety, hygiene and appearance.
- You will be expected to lift, carry and manage all equipment involved. You may have to work odd hours to complete special projects or participate in or coordinate evening and off-hour activities.
