The role focuses on the design, development, and implementation of end-to-end change management for highly complex global projects. The successful candidate will have the ability to think systemically to diagnose business problems and propose solutions that impact people, processes, systems, and organizational structures. Preferably based in Dallas, TX or Toronto, ON, this role will support a global cross-functional transformation program.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Design, deliver, and support cross-functional transformation change management
  • Develop change, communications, and learning collateral (stakeholder analysis, change impact analysis, training materials, etc.) as needed
  • Develop and execute change management efforts, in partnership with the program team and business leaders as needed
  • Facilitate change management strategy / planning and team effectiveness sessions
  • Use expertise in change management to support a culture that optimizes the passion and potential of Equinix’s employees
  • Support global function business leaders to diagnose issues and develop solutions to improve effectiveness
  • Provide change management consultation and support for large scale, cross-functional, and global initiatives
  • Define and monitor change management success measures
  • Define and manage change teams made up of business resources impacted by project scope
  • Pull together focus groups and/or surveys to gather input on behalf of a project team and develop strategic and tactical response plans

Candidate Profile

The candidate will have experience leading change management efforts for transformation, globally. They will bring knowledge and credibility based on academic background and track record of successful change management delivery. A successful candidate will be a collaborative partner, experienced facilitator, and a clear and effective communicator. They will have business acumen and global experience. They will have consulting skills and data analysis capabilities.

Skills:

  • Transformation, change management, process & organizational design approaches
  • Ability to analyze Change Management related data to deliver insights
  • Facilitation up to C-level
  • Excellent written communication
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Active listening skills, positivity and empathy

Knowledge, experience / technical expertise:

  • 7+ years of experience designing and delivering change management solutions. 2+ years of experience in digital / software services preferred.
  • Global collaboration and communication experience particularly within a matrixed organization
  • Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic organization with the ability to execute on changing priorities
  • Change Management certification preferred
  • Experience at a professional services consulting firm preferred

Education:

  • MBA preferred
