The Role

The Customer Service Representative provides front-line support at the Bob Snodgrass Recreation Complex related to customer service inquiries and Parks and Recreation admissions.This customer-focused position is an important first point of contact for customers and stakeholders (including public and internal inquiries) related to Parks and Recreation.

The right candidate will have a High school diploma or GED equivalent, and a minimum of one year of experience in an office administration or customer service role. Your strong experience with recreational database or software systems and high level of interpersonal, customer service, and cash handling skills will help with your success in this position.

Currently this position works approximately 29 hours per week. The Bob Snodgrass Recreation Complex hours of operation vary. Hours and days of work vary for this position and include early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
