Co-op Place and The Esplanade Arts & Heritage Centre, Medicine Hat's Premiere Entertainment venues have an opportunity for customer service focused individuals to join our team!

If you have a personal interest in the events and entertainment industry and a strong drive to make our venues enjoyable, family friendly destinations for the residents we serve, apply for this casual position. As one of the first points of contact for our users, you must possess well-developed communication skills, and demonstrate your advanced interpersonal abilities when dealing with children, seniors and the general public.

As our ideal candidate, you are reliable and dependable, with the flexibility to be called in to work on short notice. For this position, shifts will vary and include evenings and weekends. To thrive in this environment, one must be highly organized, able to work independently as well as part of a team, and have experience working with current office related software including Point of Sale systems.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma (or equivalent);
• One (1) to three (3) months customer service experience including handling cash.

Pre-employment requirements will include a satisfactory police information check and proof of education.
