SCOPE OF THE JOB

As the Service Advisor, you will be acting as the interface between VinFast customers and VinFast Service Centres, advising and supporting customers through the entire process, while ensuring the utmost in customer communication and satisfaction. Further, your expertise will be relied upon to identify additional maintenance services, organize the shop work schedule, all while supporting the team in day-to-day operations.

As the Service Advisor, you will quickly solidify your value within our team. Your responsibilities will include:

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and with professionalism by answering phone calls, email messages, and in-person visits, as well as taking advantage of any missed phone appointments. Additionally, respond to customer inquiries with prompt professionalism and respond to phone calls, emails, and other messages with prompt professionalism.
  • Organize client meetings, divide tasks among employees, and conduct a thorough inspection before returning the vehicles to the customers.
  • Integrate accurate documentation of issues and data into the Dealer Management System (DMS).
  • Observe projected completion times, and provide ongoing updates to clients regarding progress and status.
  • Working with mobile technicians and service assistants to ensure the collection of customers' vehicles.
  • Assign the delivery or pick up time to every client in advance.
  • Monitor customers for quality services and ensure they are satisfied with the experience. Provide feedback if necessary.
  • Communicate any outstanding service contracts, safety measures, or plans, recalled or cancelled, maintenance plans, or repairs made to work previously turned down, or relevant promotions to customers.
  • Resolve minor customer concerns

  • Discuss with the technicians the appropriate course of action when necessary.).

WHAT YOU BRING
  • A minimum of 3 years of service as a service advisor, preferably in an EV or luxury car, would be desirable. Additionally, a minimum of 2 years of experience as a sales representative, ideally in a luxury car, is desirable.
  • A college degree or trade school certification in automobile studies, or something similar.*
  • At a university or college, students can obtain degrees in business and/or technical education.
  • Proficiency in business productivity tools and software (such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, CDK and/or Reynolds software systems) is desirable.
  • Familiarity with automobile methods and procedures for repairing and servicing vehicles.
  • Excellent customer service and a dependable, professional approach.'
  • Highly detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
  • An authentic driver's license with a clean driving record and abstract.
  • Can stand up to 50 lbs and have a maximum lifting capacity of 8 hours.
  • Ability to work in retail locations, including weekends.
  • Passionate nature, determination, ability to perform tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Being sincere, courteous, and capable of demonstrating a strong work ethic is desirable.
