What you’ll be doing…
As an essential member of the Canadian banking network, our focus is to provide outstanding service throughout the customer's journey: Our Advisors are knowledgeable and able to connect with people in a relatable way.
- A proactive approach to discovering our customers needs, listening to what they are asking for.
- We are educating our customers, providing relevant insights and expert advice.
- Our customers' comprehensive plans use a holistic approach to help them achieve their goals.
- Nurturing strong, long-standing relationships
- Branch business development, retaining and growing by delivering individual and team sales goals that support a positive customer experience.
What you need to succeed…
- The appetite and drive to build strong consumer relationships.
- A strategy to develop personalized financial strategies including day-to-day banking, investing and borrowing solutions.
- The proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast paced environment that aligns to a client's stated goals.
- A mutual funds licence and a CIFP diploma.
