What you’ll be doing…

As an essential member of the Canadian banking network, our focus is to provide outstanding service throughout the customer's journey: Our Advisors are knowledgeable and able to connect with people in a relatable way.

  • A proactive approach to discovering our customers needs, listening to what they are asking for.
  • We are educating our customers, providing relevant insights and expert advice.
  • Our customers' comprehensive plans use a holistic approach to help them achieve their goals.
  • Nurturing strong, long-standing relationships
  • Branch business development, retaining and growing by delivering individual and team sales goals that support a positive customer experience.

What you need to succeed…

  • The appetite and drive to build strong consumer relationships.
  • A strategy to develop personalized financial strategies including day-to-day banking, investing and borrowing solutions.
  • The proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast paced environment that aligns to a client's stated goals.
  • A mutual funds licence and a CIFP diploma.
