SAP Cloud Customers of Enterprise Cloud Services are primarily served by the Client Delivery Manager (CDM), who is responsible for managing end-to-end customer engagement, including onboarding and continuous service delivery, architecture and governance, project initiation, relationship management, and renewal launching. In addition, the CDM is also responsible for maintaining overall product quality, which includes software integration, technical support, training, education, payroll, HR functions, automation, workforce development, staffing levels, technology adoption, compliance, procurement, etc. among other responsibilities.
What you'll do
- Ensures that the customers gets regular business review and discuss the service quality with them.
- Provides a quarterly performance review that includes KPIs and reflects adherence to the overall customer satisfaction. The review is conducted on a recurrent basis.
- Introduces and discusses the potential for improvement.'
- Conducts meetings and assessments to comprehend client business requirements for service and planning purposes.
- Describes the elements of SAP's cloud strategy and the increasing range of offerings.
- To facilitate the implementation of S/4HANA and cloud standardization.'
- To facilitate the shift toward SAP Cloud Solutions.?
- Contribute to onboarding/transition projects
- Make a contribution to the overall service/project delivery within its defined timeframe, budget and performance targets.
- The customer's one-stop solution for all service and support needs in the SAP cloud solutions.
- Working with the delivery and operations teams to carry out root cause analysis from start to finish.
- Contributes to the reduction of critical scenarios.?
- Works with Mission Control Center (MCC) and Operation Center (OCC), if needed, in critical client cases.
- AIDS in the evaluation of proposals, solution evaluations, and service-selection assessments (if applicable)
- Integrate feedback loops into the development/operations unit'."

What you'll bring
- To be eligible for a scholarship, one must have at least a BS in Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent program.
- At least 5 years of experience in managing client relationships and possessing excellent communication skills.
- Gain insights into the present IT trends by examining business models and solutions for the cloud and SAP Cloud.
