Job Summary:
Working for Dynamic Funds as a sales associate is where you'll find your primary responsibilities. These include managing expenses, verifying business contracts, and completing details in CRM. The sales Administrative Specialist will assist the sales team by completing expense reporting in 3-5 days, working closely with Compliance to ensure proper due diligence is maintained on events and coordinating vendor completion of contracts.

The ideal candidate will successfully perform these tasks, as a learning opportunity, to become a candidate for an Inside Sales Representative position within a few years.
Responsibilities include:
- Receiving receipts, scanning them, entering the information into a CRM, initiating the "workflow" process, and filling in the expense reports for Wholesalers; Step 1.
- Inflation-based costs for adjusting G/L codes and cost centers by reviewing receipts and invoices; recording entries; and spending time.
- Maintains the effectiveness of Dynamic Sales Policies and Procedures by preserving the organization's value;
- Obtains contracts from vendors on behalf of Dynamic Sales.
- Develops and supervises a contracts strategy.
- Working in partnership with legal to standardize and approve contracts.
- Working together with other sales associates to help with extra work when needed;
- Working in close collaboration with other internal partners, including Compliance, Product Management, Marketing, and Mail Distribution, as needed.

- With two years of experience as an inside sales representative, you'll have the opportunity to build a strong sales team and learn new things within your own team.
Requirements:
- Minimum educational qualifications in Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration;
- The preferred option is to obtain CSC or IFIC certification.
- The skills required for success include attention to detail, meticulousness, organization, information analysis, accounting, PC proficiency, data entry abilities, and general math expertise.
