The Regional Services Branch is seeking a highly motivated and self-confident individual to provide office management and administrative support to the southeastern staff in the Swift Current Regional Office. This is a permanent, full-time position located in SK.
As a member of the regional team, you will be responsible for a wide range of office administration activities such as:
- Managing/maintaining office equipment, space and furniture?
- purchasing of supplies;
- maintaining inventory and records;
- monitoring and processing payments for office expenses. )
- developing and sustaining an appropriate filing system for office, and record management. )
- providing administrative support for office staff, including the management of one administrative position.
As a Regional Services Representative, you will have excellent communication skills in order to provide written and verbal explanations to staff regarding the office management and administrative practices as well as general computer applications such as word processing, databases, spreadsheet software and Byzantine policy.
This knowledge would typically be gained through the completion of a Global Certification in office management/administration support and several years' experience with an office environment.
