What You’ll Do

The Machine Operator trainee will have the opportunity to contribute to our business's overall production goals, with a focus on consistently producing top-notch interior finishing products in Calgary, AB.

Key Personnel: Reporting directly to the Production Manager in Calgary, you'll also be a key member of the Metrie Calgary Manufacturing team.

Shift Time:

• The working hours are Monday through Thursday, from 645 am to 5 pm.?
• The working hours are Monday through Thursday, from 5:00 pm to 3:30 am (Lunch).
• Which time zone is selected for Thursday through Sunday (excluding Friday and Sunday)? 7:00 am till 7:30 pm.

At a higher level, you will:

• Develop products to meet work order specifications while still maintaining a high standard of quality.'
• We manage our machinery and equipment in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications.
• Boost plant operations for long-term improvement.
• Establish continuous compliance with IFOTIS requirements for daily production.[10]
• Engage in cross-functional training with other departments on the production line to improve your skills.
• Observe, follow, and implement our health care policy and regulations.
