The Mechanic (Parks) is required to perform skilled tasks in the mechanical repair and maintenance of municipal vehicles and equipment, including but not necessarily limited to tractors, lifts, mowers, etc., as well as to evaluate, troubleshoot, dismantle, and assemble municipal vehicles. Work assignments will be received in the form of written work orders or letters. The incumbent is also expected to determine the nature and extent of needed repairs. Theory''
