What you will do:

• Strategic cloud roadmaps or initiatives that really move the needle with customers.

• Active engagement in POC's, Workshops, Architecture review and other activities is aligned with the acquisition of new services.

• Thought-leadership and architectural guidance.

• What is the gap between business outcomes and IT initiatives?

• What is the alignment between IT and cloud providers?

• Architecture and design of holistic cloud solutions (public & private)

• Mutual Cloud Vision - Our customers want to be embraced and rewarded.

• Specify the deliverables of consulting and project implementation by writing SOW statements for Softchoice services.

• Collaborate with service delivery teams to ensure that the services are delivered as specified in your statements of work and meet your customers' business outcomes.

• Led leadership on enabling our sales, pre-sales and post-sales teams on the value of software solutions for hybrid IT.

  
  

What can I bring to the table?

• Minimum 3 years of experience in selling, constructing and implementing hybrid IT solutions integrating with at least one of the major public cloud providers.

• Very strong and in-depth understanding of the major cloud providers like Amazon, Microsoft, Google or Facebook. Certifications with one of these will be an asset.

• Very strong understanding of cloud technologies such as automation, orchestration, cloud management, devOps, (Big) Data (Science), security, portability, micro segmentation.

• and strong and in-depth understanding of data center technologies (workload, data bases, operating systems, virtualization and tech infrastructure).

• Data Center Portfolio of Cisco, Dell (EMC), VMware, HPE, Pure Storage, Nutanix, NetApp, VMware, VEEAM

• Understanding of project management principles, such as WBS, effort estimation, and approach definition and the ability to apply these statements of work.

• Understanding of architectural frameworks such as TOGAF, ITIL, and COBIT. : )

• Demonstrated ability to write technical documents with attention to fine detail.

• In French and English, verbal and written communication are excellent.

• Exceptional cross-functional team collaboration skills.

• Self-starter and able to manage expectations with a sales team and customers.

• Strong leadership skills.

• The ability to travel up to 25km.

• A college degree or equivalent experience in the field of business administration, computer science or information management is preferred.
