GBM, a wholesale bank, operates in 20 countries and provides lending and transaction services, investment banking, advice, and access to capital markets to commercial and institutional clients. Its operations are spread across Canada, the United States, Latin America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific.

Global Banking and Markets' COO office is responsible for Client Intending and Analytics, which entails leading the execution of our business strategy through robust reporting and analytics. We work closely with our commercial partners to drive adoption and promote client strategy/inspiration and opportunities. This falls under the purview of the Chief Operating Officer.

  • Our teams help in the areas of report engineering, data analytics, and data engineering and business relationship management.
  • Working alongside our relationship managers across various business lines such as Corporate & Investment Banking, Global Business Payments, and Global Corporate and Commercial Banking.'
  • Both internal and external client data is used to identify opportunities.
  • Adopt, manage, and change our CRM system. All of us. How?
  • Attend program assemblies, and assist in coordinating and monitoring activities as needed.
  • Assign tasks and projects that are not typically scheduled for completion.
