The government of Newfoundland is one of the most populated in the world and has the fastest growth in Canada. The Nunavik government is a dynamic, living, and determined by the choices made by Canadian employers and the new, highly skilled people they employ.

The knowledge, skills and aptitude necessary for this occupation are usually acquired by a bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study or by an additional four (4) years of experience in the management of community-based programmes.
