The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative. The work location for this position is Rouleau, Saskatchewan , and has an onsite arrangement.

In this role:

  • Under the direction of the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Support Representative:
    • Adheres to the organization's Service Level Agreement by providing timely responses to incoming support tickets, which range from basic to moderately complex application and browser related issues.
    • Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction by communicating clearly and accurately.
    • All information logged in the support system is complete and accurate.
    • SmartEquip develops and maintains strong technical and business expertise in SmartEquipped applications.
    • Develops and maintains a strong understanding of client requirements and processes.
  • Support RB's unreserved commitment to safety: to send everyone home, every day, the way they came to work, by taking personal responsibility for your team, co-workers and customers.

Here’s what you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • I have 3 years of customer support experience. What should I do?
  • Experience with web-based applications.
  • Excellent customer facing skills with the ability to deal patiently and politely with varying customer skill levels.
  • SQL, Relational Database, SQL skills required.
  • Microsoft Office Suite Experience.
  • Experience with the purchase to pay process is preferred.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • A passion for high quality service.
  • Can work in a fast-paced, high-spending environment.
  • Working during non-standard business hours when necessary (24 hour coverage).
  • Multilingual a plus.

This job requires you to do many things.

  • This position is sedentary in nature and requires minimal physical effort.
  • A significant amount of time is spent on a computer and the ability to hear, speak, write, see, type and perform other basic office functions is required.
