About the role

Our Scotiabank branches are anchored by our iconic customer experience. As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers are served with the highest level of personalized attention and personalized attention. Our Customer Experience Associates are people-focused and connect with customers in a personal and professional manner throughout the Canadian Banking Branch network. Our goal is to provide outstanding service throughout the customer's journey:.
