THE TEAM
The mission of the Concierge Business Management Department is to identify and escalate productivity and profit maximizing opportunities to drive the Concierge business.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is growing and our Concierge Business Management team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for monitoring the performance of the Concierge division, planning for the needs of the business, and identifying and escalating opportunities to maximize profit and productivity.
As the Business Manager, you will create business value by capitalizing on business opportunities to ensure optimal agility and efficiency across Concierge. With people at the heart of everything you do, you will support your high-potential people to grow rewarding careers at Aritzia—while enjoying one yourself.

THE ROLE
As the Business Manager, Concierge, you will lead the team to:
  • Provide real time analysis that maximizes business performance
  • Manage real time planning, monitoring, and tracking of the Concierge workforce
  • Anticipate and adjust to the needs of the business
  • Identify, solve, and/or escalate productivity and profit maximizing opportunities
  • Mitigate the effects of unforeseen events on the business
  • Enable the success of the management department through the support of people, process, technology, and space
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Business Manager, Concierge has:
  • Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications that are an asset to perform in the role and the appetite to continuously learn and develop oneself
