  • Follow the established protocols and procedures when speaking with patients and documenting calls, properly.
  • Obtain key demographic and health related information, then register this data accurately into our software programs for follow up by clinical staff.
  • Direct calls to our registered nurses, nurse practitioners and other clinics in an appropriate manner.
  • We take notice of injury reports from patients using our process, procedures, and software.
  • Books and confirms patient appointments with nurse practitioners and physician practices. )
  • Small technical troubleshooting of the patient portals (example: password reset or patient registration assistance) perform.
  • We monitor biometric alerts from patients within our software system and call patients to determine if they need follow-up from one of our clinicians.

  • The minimum education level of a high school diploma is 18.
  • The Office Administration or Medical office administration certification is considered an asset :
  • Past experience in customer service or call center environment?
  • Effective communication skills. Telephone and Internet.
  • Past experience working with professional computers and software programs.
