The Northwest Territories - Health and Social Services Authority (NTHSSA) offers challenging work, welcoming communities and expanded service environments in health and social services delivery and administration in the North. The Territorial Authority has a staff of more than 16,000, serving over 43,000 residents of the NWT and 5,900 residents from the Kitikmeot region.
Job Information
The Business Support Analyst provides technical support to eHealth and Social Services (eHSS) users across the Department of Health & Social Services (DHSS), as well as the Health and Social Security Authority (HSA), to ensure all employees have continual access to technical support and all E-Health systems.
The business support analyst is located in Yellowknife and is reporting to the manager, Information Systems. The business support officer must work with minimal supervision to provide the most expedited response and support possible for employees of HealthNet's health- and service systems.
Typically the above qualifications would be achieved through completion of a degree in computer science, health information science or information systems with 2 0 years of related experience in the information industry.
