Job Summary

The Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure plans transportation networks, develops and implements transportation policy, and administers the Rehabilitation and Maintenance Team's program each year to focus on the stabilization and renewal of highway infrastructure and the performance of BC's telecommunications system. Projects delivered under the Preservation-Hybrid-Infrastructure Program include: Bridges and Structures, The Construction Projection Fund;
Rehabilitation Program Coordinator provides program management and coordination functions for the provincial preservation programme, including implementing a number of subprogrammes and asset-management policies within the southeastern province. The 702 Rehabilitation Program Coordinator is also responsible for reviewing, analyzing, developing and maintaining procedures, as well as making recommendations concerning such program areas.
Job Requirements:
- Some post-graduate education or training, a diploma in the field related to the program, or equivalent.
- Experience managing multiple priorities concurrently.
- Working collaboratively with various stakeholders, i.e.
Preference may be given to applicants with:
- Provide support for programs or provide project management and coordination services for assigned projects.
- Experience with asset management principles and practices.
