How you will succeed:

  • Obtaining new small business accounts by means of outbound sales and leveraging the results from acquiring new small business account.
  • To generate opportunities and build a strong pipeline of sales, I am making 40+ calls per day to outbound sales prospect and I am also utilizing self-promotion to generate opportunities and building a solid pipeline.
  • Sales cycle management: From generating leads to closing new deals, identifying and qualifying new customers, up-selling to finalizing and evaluating contracts across the board.
  • Embedding a range of technology systems to enhance the customer experience and reduce costs while also utilizing them across the enterprise to improve the customer experience.
  • Consisting of outstanding customer experiences, establishing enduring friendships, and influencing decision-makers. This is achieved through providing top-notch customer experiences and influencing others.
  • Engaging in customer conversations, conducting needs assessments, and rapidly identifying and proposing solutions to meet customers' requirements and future plans.
