Your daily role
Reporting to the Director of Total Rewards and HR Services and as a Total Rewards Manager, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining and improving total rewards processes and programs.
THE ROLE:
Compensation :
- Be responsible for compensation processes and programs and propose improvements;
- Manage, with the team, the annual salary review process, from budget development, to preparation of tools and review planning, to communication;
- Contribute to the preparation of tools and data required for the administration of compensation systems;
- Contribute with the Global Compensation team to:
- Management of short-term bonus programs in connection with performance and objective evaluations;
- Management of the long-term bonus program;
- Job evaluation, documentation and updating of tools.
- Ensure compliance in international mobility and taxation.
Benefits and wellness :
- Contribute to the administration of various benefits programs (group insurance, retirement) for Canada and US;
- Manage relationships with third-party service partners and HR teams.
- Act as a resource person for HR and management on compensation and benefits issues;
- Define and support the wellness plan and related initiatives;
Project Management:
- Manage various Global Compensation team projects and initiatives, such as:
- Implementation of a new integrated HRIS tool;
- Improvement of compensation processes and programs;
- Communication and education of these programs to employees, managers and HR.
Team management:
- Ensure the development of employees within the scope of responsibility.
Your profile
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in compensation and benefits;
- University degree in administration, human resources or other relevant field;
- Excellent command of Excel, HRIS and Google Suite (an asset);
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills at all levels of the organization;
- Demonstrate initiative, autonomy and leadership;
- Maintain a high level of customer service and rigor;
- Project management skills;
- Fluently bilingual (French/English), both written and spoken.
