Job Summary

Reporting to the Provincial Practice Branch Office Manager, the Program Assistant provides a variety of office administrative support services, meeting and event coordination, financial support services, and coordinates the day-to-day priorities of the team. Bring your unique talents to our team and we will offer you opportunities to learn new skills.

Job Requirements:

  • Secondary school graduation or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clerical/administrative support experience working in an office setting.
  • Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office computer applications (i.e. Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and MS Teams), including preparation of spreadsheets.
  • Must be able to keyboard with speed and accuracy at approximately 40 to 50 words per minute.

Preference may be given for:

  • Completed post-secondary certificate/diploma in Office Administration/Management or related field.
  • Three (3) or more years of clerical/administrative support experience working in an office setting.
  • Experience with ARCS/ORCS records classification systems.
  • Experience managing an electronic calendar (e.g., arranging meetings and appointments).
  • Experience with the Time, Leave, and Attendance Management (TLAM) System.

About this Position:
This is a temporary opportunity until September 27th 2024, which may be extended and/or become permanent.
An eligibility list may be established for future temporary and/or permanent opportunities.
Flexible work options are available; this position may be able to work up to 2 days at home per week as per the Telework Agreement.
This position can be based out of any of the locations listed above.
