Our distillery/pub is located West of Moose Jaw approx 15 mins. Saskatchewan family-owned beehive-to-bottle Micro-Distillery & Pub. Spirits produced onsite offering mixologist-style featured seasonal cocktails and smokehouse-style appetizers.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
- Monitor customer behavior and intervene as necessary to prevent overconsumption or disturbances
- Handle cash transactions and operate cash register
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with server(s) and kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for peak periods or private events

Requirements:
- Previous experience in food service, serving and bartending preferred; mixology an asset
- Knowledge of basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating bills
- Familiarity with cocktail techniques and different types of alcoholic beverages
- Strong hospitality skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Understanding of food handling safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to operate a cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Availability weekend evenings as required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 21 per week
