The Ministry of Highways, Design and Construction Division, Bridge Branch, has an opening for a term Trades Helpers with the Prince Albert Bridge Crew.
The successful candidate must be able to operate and maintain motor equipment (tandem and loader) used for maintenance and construction of bridges on the provincial highway system. You must be able to assist in carpentry work, steel erection, welding, and concrete work. You will be expected to perform other duties such as directing traffic, installing signs, and manual labour.
You must be able to perform physically-demanding work in all types of weather conditions. You must be able to travel throughout the province and willing to be away from headquarters for extended periods of time. You will also be required to work extended hours as required.

Hours of Work
: C - SGEU Regulated 37.33 - one day off every three weeks
