RAGLAN MINE
STORE MANAGER - RECREOLOGIST
(2 PERMANENT POSITIONS)
Service: Human Resources
Location: Raglan Mine Site
Reference number: REQ23-109
Reporting to the General Foreman - Hotel Complex, you will be responsible for administering, operating and managing the material logistics of the 3 Bazaar stores located on the mine site. As well as planning, developing, and managing sports and leisure activities. Your main duties will be:

  • Assume responsibility for the entire boutique management circuit, ordering, receiving, warehousing, etc.
  • Manage inventory and follow up with suppliers, within allocated budgets.
  • Ensure proper operation and maintenance of vending machines, tanning beds, sports equipment, premises under your responsibility and cash register system.
  • Provide customer service by coordinating various activities.
  • Participate in the planning, organization, and management of events and/or activities on the mine site.

Your profil:

  • College diploma in leisure management and intervention or equivalent attestation with a minimum of 3 years' experience.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and accounting.
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment is an asset.
  • Ability to lift more than 20 kg when required.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Bilingualism (French-English) is required for this position, and Inuktitut would be an asset.

  • Work conditions:
  • Work shifts of 11 hours per day in the form of split hours.
  • Rotation schedule of 2/2: equivalent to 2 consecutive weeks of work followed by 2 weeks of leave.
  • Private air transport is provided from Montreal, Quebec, Rouyn-Noranda, Mont-Joli or Inuit communities (depending on place of residence) to the mine site and return.
