Full Description
MedPro Respiratory Care is currently recruiting a Regional General Manager to manage and lead our sleep apnea programs and home oxygen operations Calgary and Red Deer. Working as a member of the Alberta leadership team the successful candidate will be responsible for clinical and business operations throughout the region including the implementation and monitoring of patient care programs.
This includes developing a culture through direct leadership that supports organizational vision, values and goals, and promotes professional practice to achieve positive patient outcomes and financial targets.

The Role
Reporting to the President, the Regional Manager will be based in Calgary and be an integral member of theleadership team.
Be responsible for:
Service and operations for sleep apnea diagnostic and therapy programs, as well as home oxygen service delivery throughout Calgary and Red Deer.
Managing all aspects of regional staff relations including recruitment and retention, training, and performance management.
Working with senior management to develop budgets, monitor performance, and take corrective action to achieve financial and non-financial performance objectives.
Ensuring appropriate use of organizational human, capital, and financial resources to meet clinical, operational and financial goals.
Representing the organization within the medical community building strong relationships with external stakeholders including family physician practices, specialists and respiratory therapy communities.
Building a culture of teamwork and collaboration in keeping with MedPro values, vision and mission.
The Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Management, Administration and/or Marketing with combined operations experience
Minimum 3 years experience in a general management leadership role or healthcare management
Demonstrated ability to foster strong connections and relationships with key stakeholders
Proven ability to build and lead strong interdisciplinary teams.
Strong desire to promote professional clinical practice
Proven ability to build a positive energetic work environment that promotes individual initiative.
Demonstrated commitment to continued professional development.
