An organized, dynamic and creative recreation and events coordinator who, with us, will offer the best possible service to our customers!


Do you want to be responsible for managing and carrying out corporate activities and leisure programming for all residences? Working in close collaboration with marketing managers, graphic designers and social media partners stimulates you?

  • Conduct sporadic surveys, concerning the appreciation of residents;
  • Coordinate the holding of small to large-scale events, and report on attendance;
  • Maintain effective management of activities across the network;
  • Mobilize and support a team of leisure managers in the residences, optimize their work and implement best practices throughout the network;
  • Participate in the definition of leisure activities according to the objectives targeted;
  • Prepare and lead working meetings with all recreation managers in private seniors' residences;
  • Promote the activities and events under its responsibility;
  • Support leisure managers in the dissemination of activities on different social networks.
  • Visit the recreation managers in residence;


  • A bachelor's degree in administration, recreation, a college diploma specializing in leisure, administration or any other field deemed relevant to the position;
  • Minimum of two years of experience related to the position;
  • Bilingualism
