Becoming a licensed agent involves expenses such as:

  • Entry Costs like pre-license course registration (books), a surety bond, and the license fee.
  • Real Estate association fees like the NLAR entrance and quarterly fee, CREA entrance fee and quarterly fee, Errors and Omissions Initiation Fee, and Errors and Omissions Insurance.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for making sure we are accountable to your success, developing programs to aid in your success with the assistance of our development team, to grow your business one client at a time with our touch base systems and your professionalism. Working with clients, building relationships and long term business support with help from our coordinators.

  • Using our specially designed social media platforms to aid in your successful marketing of your listings
  • Reaching out to prospects and developing their futures
