Full Description

  • Please note this position is a temporay 12 month assignment. Candidate will work a hybrid schedule.
RESPONSIBITIES

  • Provide administrational support to the Government Move Management Team
  • Update move information, communicate with internal departments and external customers
  • Input data to spreadsheets and proprietary systems
  • Coordinate the shipping of customers’ motor vehicles
  • Take/make calls to drivers, agents and customers to respond to general inquiries
  • Other duties as required
  • Assist the team as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
  • General understanding of Canadian Geography
  • Experience with MS Office applications, experience with web applications
  • Highly motivated and self-driven with excellent teamwork skills
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Must be available to work additional hours, as business needs dictate
  • Bilingual in French and English will be considered an asset
  • High school diploma or equivalent
