This is for a full time term position, working 75 hours bi-weekly until July 31, 2024

Your role
As the Functional Analyst, you will advance and support information technology and business solutions to improve the delivery of department-wide processes and systems. The Functional Analyst provides front end support services, testing during the systems development process, prepares technical specifications, develops educational material and provides user training and user support as processes and systems are replaced or refined.

Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this opportunity, you’ll need to demonstrate how you meet the following qualifications in your resume. - Post-secondary coursework in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field;
- Experience working on project teams delivering software solutions (e.g.: troubleshooting, incident analysis, system issue identification and resolution; system requirements and documentation; change implementation, training and testing)
- Experience providing end user technical support in a team environment;
- Experience with computer applications through different stages of the application life cycles
- Experience installing and maintaining computer software, hardware, and related computing environments;
- Experience supporting a Microsoft environment.
Candidates who demonstrate education, training and/or experience equivalent to the essential qualifications above may be considered.
