Job Description:
The Cashier is responsible for all purchase transactions within food and beverage outlets while providing a positive guest experience. The candidate shall perform all required duties in a friendly and professional manner which include but are not limited to removing used dishes, assisting with cleaning duties and barista duties as required.

Job Responsibilities:
Provide friendly, efficient and professional table service to guests
Accurately receive cash, check, credit card, voucher and/or automatic debit payments
Stock products to established par levels
Maintain cleanliness of all lodge areas at all times including restrooms
Prepare quality hot and cold beverage orders quickly and accurately
Knowledge of and adherence to AGLC legislation
Demonstrate ongoing commitment to providing high standards of service, exceeding customer expectations

Job Requirements/Qualifications:
Energetic and self-motivated, must be able to work well in a team as well as independently
Must be able to lift, push, pull and move food, equipment, supplies, etc., in excess of twenty-five (25) pounds
Possess strong communication & interpersonal skills
Willingness to complete other tasks as assigned
Punctuality and reliability are essential
Prior barista and/or cash handling experience are considered an asset
Strong written and verbal English with a second language considered an asset
Current ProServe certification - must be received within 30 days of hire
A Police Background Check from your home country or province will be required upon commencement of employment

Work Schedule:
5 days on / 2 days off - Business level dependent

Dress Code:
Employee to provide their own: black dress pants, black polishable non-slip shoes, black socks as per Appearance Policy.
